Elisa Yan

Analyst

Prior to joining Runtime, Elisa gained early venture and finance experience across multiple firms spanning from venture capital, startup accelerator, sustainable finance, and impact investing. She has worked with Growth Factory Ventures and Silver Lead Partners, supporting deal sourcing, market research, and investment committee preparation. At Runtime Ventures, Elisa focuses on analyzing cybersecurity deal flow, building investor communications, and supporting portfolio engagement efforts.

Elisa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where she is involved with Georgetown Student Capital Partners as a private equity analyst, and is a Global Business Fellow.

Outside of work, Elisa enjoys snowboarding and creating mural art. She also volunteers at the Arlington County Jail, where she tutors incarcerated individuals pursuing their education.
